dissappointing

Management staff awful. all they interested in is getting more money. expected two children aged 5 and 8, to sleep in same bed as large size Farangs.
Apart from that, the villa's were clean and spacious, the cleaning staff were friendly.
Had trouble even accessing the property initially, Security Guard wouldnt let me in to register.
we asked management to switch the water on for the pool slide, they said they would send a man to do it, when he arrived, he told us it wasnt working as it was being repaired.

Great place to do the cooking , they have every gadget for doing the kitchen things , really looking forward to be back to this place again

I been travel many place this hotel so disappointed me they will charge your money
They charge my money just because one hand town disappear. I not recommend this hotel to anyone

very good service, staffs are polite, and they never disturb you when you don't need. even location is 20mins far from pattaya beach, its really safe.

8个大人7个小孩，租了一栋两层泳池别墅，二楼很热，泳池漂亮。服务非常差，预订的5000+泰铢的房子，在图片上圈出是一大一小两栋，给了一栋大的，小的房子加了1800泰铢，可是把二楼锁起来不打开。退房时检查一个碗有磕碰赔了100泰铢，床单有血渍要求赔偿1500泰铢，我帮她把床单洗干净后没有赔偿。 Eight adults and seven children, rented a two-story... อ่านต่อ
