Clean room good environment

I was quite satisfied with my three nights in mai house. This hotel is new & modern & The room is clean as well. However, the location is quite far from Patong Beach. Free Shuttle bus is provided, but is not really convenient if you don’t rent any car to go around. Anyways, really love the hotel environment & it deserves 5 stars. The male receptionist is extremely polite & gave us a brief hotel tour when we first arrived in lobby. Thumbs up for his service. On the other hand, I don’t really like one of the lady receptionist as I asked her “ can We have mineral water for our room” from her, she rejected with her impatient face “we don’t have any water & if you want, you can get it in the restaurant”... I was a bit angry as actually the room I booked was with “free mini bar” & also I hope she could have answered me in more polite way. Overall, this is a very good hotel to stay especially for couple and family.

Best hotel
Really amazed me & I didn’t regret at all choosing this hotel. Definitely will return to mai house again. Love it.

Did not enjoy my stay .Room had mosquito. Room with pool excess dirty . No lift and this make it difficult for older people like me . I ask for room near lobby but was not assigned it . Buffet break... อ่านต่อ

Perfect spot for a holiday in Patong area
