free upgrade was a massive negative

moved to room near pool ,,,bad idea,,,no balcakout curtains and sun comes in easy,,but main problem is outside noise due to sunbed under window 600am Chinese gather for feeding frenzy,,,,then at 1100pm they come to eat and make more noise,,staff notiefied and did nothing ,,,I am 1 person they don't care ,,just love the chineses dollar,,,staff even drink wiith them,wont be returning
