hope to see improvement

the hotel was owned by a couple, Scottish husband and Indian wife. Since we are Indians, the lady of the house apologized for the misfitting of our room and explaining that most of the time she was not in Pattaya and couldn't keep track of the facilities and she promised that she would soon settle herself more in Pattaya so that she could manage the hotel better. She served us her home made samosa and told us that next time if we come again, she would organize different outings and even Punjabi food for us! Sounds very irresistable! Though we were not quite satisfied with our stay this time, I think I would like to go back if next time I need to go to Pattaya again out of their sincerity to improve.
