I used to stay here all the time, but this past visit left me never wanting to return.
The check in process was an absolute mess and the staff were completely disorganized. The rooms (all 3 I was shown) either had no running water, broken lights, or nonfunctional . All 3 rooms were absolutely disgusting - one room had remnants of vomit on the walls, all had gross staining on the pillow cases and blankets, and 1 smelled like the sewage had backed up. Hotel staff were rude and kept trying to get me to pay them in cash even though I had already paid online (and I explained this to them multiple times).
I ended up leaving to stay at another hotel/guesthouse.
Again, I used to stay here all the time! A few years ago the rooms were always clean, everything was functional, and hotel staff were incredibly kind and professional. This time was the complete opposite. Not sure if they changed ownership or what happened, but I will not be booking here again.
