Impressive staff ,privacy ,close to BTS

We ,group of three ,stay here for the first time ,5D4N . I can say the guest service staff are all very detailed and full of passion .The receptionist insist to help us to take the luggage once we reached hotel .We were two hours earlier then scheduled checkin time but we still get our room right away .Room is spacious great view and i love the fighting fish !You feel you are welcomed cause the front desk staff greet you every single time! They wear big sincere smile and very detailed oriented. Some of them even remember your room no.! I didn't request for meter taxi to airport .But Ray ,the receptionist helped us to call a normal meter taxi instead of fixed price SUV (cuz we have three big luggage) it turns out help us to save 50% of the taxi fare! Last but not least , one of the receptionist write a note to us on the last night of our stay!Super cozy and being loved! Had been to BKK for several times and this is the first time that I feel like home! Would definitely come back to stay

Disgusting, disorganized and poor quality
