Great service and beautiful hotel

I had a problem about the booking date schedule, I didn't expect to get what I wish & i am trying my best to talk to the recieption for help in this matter.
While waiting for the answer i was hope less, plus I didn't want pay more extra, but after all the reception took my word and she solve the problem for me without letting me paid any other extra fee, It was a great helping to learn .... :-))

Nice location, nice room
