If u have other options, go somewhere else.

Pros:
Walking distance to beach.
Many massages parlour nearby.
7-11 a few steps away.

Cons:
Staffs did not to help u with your luggage and hardly smile.
There are no lifts so u might need help with ur luggage especially if u have small children.
The swimming pools are being renovated but WE WERE NOT INFORMED about this during booking. They allowed us to use the swimming pool at Chivata resort but it is such a hassle to walk there and the staffs they hesitated n gave us unwelcoming look.

Will not return to this place.

Good location
Walking distance from beach, short drive from many attractions, decent breakfast, pool packed with kids, otherwise quiet. Kind, courteous staff.

Spacious & convenience
The family room is huge with 2 supersize king bed with reasonable rate.. Near to 7E, Family mart & just 2 mins walk to the beach. Will stay here again..

Excellent wished we could have stayed longer.
The rate was so reasonable we booked 1 night but we only needed it to place bags and shower before our late evening flight. This gave me the opportunity to recommend and book when back in Bang Tao. ... อ่านต่อ

Hotel is located nearer to Ban Tao beach. So you need to know where you want to stay in Phuket. It is a big island. There are restrs, convenience stores ( 7-11 & Family Mart ) as well as massage shops... อ่านต่อ
