Two star at a push. Stay away.

Meets 3 star requirements but this says nothing about the maintenance. Exposed wires in the bathroom, foul smelling drains, 70's decor and ancient bathroom which was just foul. Grounds poorly maintained. Buffet breakfast only for the iron gut amongst you.
