Good location, very close to the beach and good facilities. Great food at the restaurant but pretty lousy service and extremely poor value. For over 2,000 baht a night you would expect that at least the room is cleaned every day and you get fresh good quality toiletries. Even the cheap shampoo was not replaced and you had to ask to get the room cleaned. Initially the air-con was not working well and I had to work out myself how to get it cool enough. Once again not what you expect for a resort expecting to charge this kind of price. I have had better service from under 1,000 baht rooms elsewhere.

The staff has very little patience to offer, but dosnt speak English. There was way too much confusion regarding logistics just causing stress.
