OK, probably not worth it

We booked here one night on Agoda and then stayed elsewhere on Lanta for the rest of our trip (4 nights) by bargaining at another resort on Klong Nin. Klong Nin is a very nice beach that I strongly recommend. Any beach south of Nin will work as well. I wouldn't stay north of Nin unless you really love a more crowded atmosphere. Nice resort was OK, but there are much better places for the price. The room/bathroom wasn't what we expected in the garden view rooms.

Also, Nice resort is next to a sort of dirty canal. If you stay on Klong Nin, stay as south as possible to avoid this canal.
