It's not valuable with the money

I book the Deluxe room but the air condition is old and make the noise so loudly, The remote control is not working and I can't sleep in the night because is very hot.No one inform us that the hotel baggage service to the pier just at 11:00 am because we come at 11:10 am but the women at the reception is very friendly and helpful she help us to find someone send to the pier.
