Location is about 20 mins away from the pier so it is not ideal for families with children who have to walk up and down a few times.
But the low review is because the kettle was leaky and faulty (I burnt my finger on the handle as it did not auto turn off once water was boiled), there was also no phone visible in sight. Hotel is very run down and with a few large bags we had issues heading to the next level. Breakfast was primarily 80% the same items - toast, yoghurt, omelette, rice, ham and sausage. The only "variance" was the local cooked meat and veg (max of 3 dishes).
We also did not have our mugs cleaned on one of the days. Besides a small pool and a eating area, I do not think that there's much facilities

Stayed longer as loved it here so much

Staff communication was not clear. They were providing e-vehicle to some of the tourist but not asking others. No communication even if some staff is there to recieve guest at pier

Tvs didn't work properly. Wi-Fi not so good in room but everything else was great. Bed very comfy.
Beds good, wifi in room not good.
