Met by staff at the wharf and our luggage taken to the hotel for us, same when we departed. Good service. Check in easy and staff very helpful. Security seemed good.
Our first room was comfortable and spacious but the drain at the back of the room was quite smelly. My wife asked for us to be moved. We ended up in a bungalow which was a bit older looking and small er but still quite spacious. The air conditioner in the bungalow was a bit noisy but kept the room cool.
Pool was great and well used , the ladder was broken one evening but was repaired by the next morning. Towels for swimming available at reception at no charge.
Included breakfast was great and a big plus for Phi Phi as most places did not have an included breakfast, view from the restaurant could have been taken off a post card.
Half hour walk to Long-beach which was the best beach we found there for swimming.
Short walk into the main shopping area and restaurants. Not too close to the party strip.
