Great stay, but disappointed with ONE breakfast
Overall, the stay is great and staffs are friendly. Prior to booking, we've known the hotel has many positive feedback especially the breakfast being highlighted. We're not disappointed with the breakfast in total, but we'd a very DISAPPOINTED morning. As usual, we went down for breakfast in the morning but only to see a group of people doing some video shooting at the counter which serves breads and salad. We weren't told by the waiter of anything and the shooting took a long time in which we couldn't get access to the counter. The food serving already slow yet we're not able to get some breads to start with. Later, the group started taking video of people moving around (including us) and that was very UNCOMFORTABLE as we don't know the purpose nor being asked for rights before shooting. In addition to that, we'd noticed our breakfast serving on that day lessen the quantity compared to previous days breakfast experience. One note to the hotel, it would be pleasant if they could schedule their commercial shooting at time outside their breakfast serving session. This could have been avoided or if they could acknowledge the customers if such arrangement was made. As customer, we see this as a very bad arrangement or handling by the hotel to occupy the cafeteria during the MOST IMPORTANT HOURS.
