Dishonest staff / Poor management

At check out, Staff insisted that we took a packet of Lays chips from the mini bar, which we absolutely did not. I don’t even think the mini bar offered Lays. We did not want to argue and just paid the money. I thought this soured our stay tremendously and was a reflection of very poor customer service.
At breakfast, I had to ask for my latte repeatedly every single day we stayed there.
I’ve stayed at Volve before and left with good impressions. However, this time I was left disappointed and won’t be staying here again.
