Would book this place again :)

It was worth the money paid. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast was ok but have enough choices. The nearest BTS station is just less then 5 min walk. There are convenience/grocery store near the area, should you need it. It is also near a massage area. The staff was able to help us book transportation for the floating market. Location can also be easily found if to book via Grab. Overall, it was a great stay and worth it.
