Hotel that with loads of travel tours too overwhelmed

The room we got is not the same as the one shown on the booking site...staff explained there could be differences on the decorations but actually that was a difference on the layout that making the room less spacious. Eventually we could change our room the next day.
However, they changed our room but didn’t updated their system. We have been waken up two times by the house keeping in the morning because their system didnt update someone had moved in. But anyway which hotel will do house keeping at 8am?! And they keep calling us asking about our information and seeking the reason why we are in that room. Wasn't it be more proper that they ask their staffs instead of keep bothering the client??
Other minor stuffs are, there is no belt boy to pick your luggage, the breakfast is bad and there is no shuttle bus service to the MTR station, and there has no hot water on the first night of our stay...
So I will not recommend this hotel to anyone especially FIT travelers.

Sound Pollution
Due to room sound proof is Not to the minimum requirement level; Guests walked by rooms, and their communications are so disturbing espercially during late night when they came back very late.
