Every time I come to Pai this is where I stay. The bungalows located riverside are clean and comfortable. I enjoy sitting on the terrace watching the river. Have to say that some irresponsible developers on the opposite river bank have recently damaged the view, but hopefully some passage of time will help that situation improve. Location is great with easy walking access to some of the best, and newest, bars and restaurants in the city. Pai used to be a foreigner hippie hangout destination. Not so much anymore from what I can see. Lots of tourists but appear to be somewhat higher end than what was here a couple decades ago.
