Basic Hotel with Basic Amenities / Great Staff

from the moment we arrived, the hotel staff was excellent. they were very helpful with answering all of our questions and made us feel welcome the entire trip. the room was a bit disappointing, it did not look like the pictures posted on agoda or the site. the room (beach front villa) was clean but a bit run down with very basic amenities. for the price i paid, i think i could've stayed at a nicer resort on the island. the restaurant was very good. the spa isn't a "spa" but rather a couple beds on the beach for massages. the therapists were very nice and did a good job tho. all in all it was a very relaxing place to stay, just wish it had a bit nicer amenities and accurate pictures representing the resort on the website.
