Hotel service worst

My room got aircond problem. But staff ask me to wait about 1 hour before they try to repair. But finally the aircond cannot repair then he ask me to wait another 1 hour before I get my new room. I ride from malaysia to koh lanta almost 13 hours but very disappointed with hotel staff. Will not come again to this super terrible hotel. 👎👎👎👎👎
