Terrible service was given to me .. while booking i had requested for a twin bed... they insisted its not available and kept saying that we booked a double bed..when we enter the room.. checked the bathroom, used soap bar and shampoo bottle was still there.. i am sure they didnt do a proper cleaning.. i am even aure they didnt change the sheets.. not flexible with their check out timings.. requested while booking the hotel that we wanted a late check out since we checked in late.. they were not even considerate enough to give us time till 2pm.. overall a very bad experience.. would never ever recommend to any of my friends.
