I will not set foot again

I do not feel to say bad things but unfortunately i have and awful and embarrassing moments in this hotel. Service is extremely poor. My friends who visited were embarrassed by the attitude by the reception. Firstly they said they did not have our bookings from Agoda, later they said they do not entertain FIT. The breakfast was awful and not enough sits even though they had sits but closed the section. The rooms have a sewage kind of smell that we have to bare for the few days we were there. I really do not know how to say as I am really angry. One thing i was happy was the Housekeeping staffs, they were friendly and on time to make over for us asap.

The room stinked toilet odor and the first shift female receptionist was freaking out dealing w cmrs

The hotel is new and the rooms are clean. However, staff were not helpfull especially in the resturant. Menu of breakfast not good and cleaniness of dinning area must be improved.

Weird Happenings
One evening, when I returned to the room, there are lotsa dead bugs on the floor! Its all over the place! Next day I fell sick. Not gonna stay there again ever
