Good value - Good location - Nice room

Advantage: - Excellent location, easy to access night market, near the Bus station (after long hard way from chiang mai to Pai, you will hardly get on car again, so walk to the hotel is very good idea) - Nice room, clean, well equipped, spacious.. - Friendly staff --->>> Everything is perfect Disadvantage: breakfast need to be improved, only 2 set breakfast, if you stay more than 3 days, it makes you feel boring.
