My husband and I were expecting better attitude and service from this place when we checked in. First, they said the swimming pool was closed due to the COVID-19 I don’t know if they think my foreign husband or any foreigners have the virus or what? Because they still available for Thai couples to swim?! The staffs treating us like we weren’t their customers, we couldn’t even take our masks off and breathe the fresh air there were actually only 3 villas booked, what did we pay for such a beautiful place though poorly run! ?We highly not recommended any couples with foreign husbands or wives to stay here, you will feel bad afterwards.Food was very disappointing and tasted horrible, we ordered Rib-eye steaks and some spring rolls for dinner they came super blend and chewy, the breakfast was cheaply managed...no buffet! There’s no empty plates collection after they served their food at our villa...it’s very unacceptable for the hospitality management. Never going back there nor recommended to anyone, thank you.
