An experience to remember

The staff consistently provided impressive service. It is hard to find a hotel where staff are all uniformly well-trained and provided great service. Attention to detail was probably one of the best I've ever came across. Hotel facilities and rooms are well designed with high-quality furnishings. This place is 5-star and more!

I used to run a boutique hotel myself for a short while, and that experience made me instinctively scrutinise all aspects of a hotel wherever I stayed. I have to say Mai Samui was really impressive. I will recommend this place to all my friends, and be back here again if I can, so I hope Mai Samui keep up the good work!

Pool is too much dirty
This hotel is rated 5 star, but this is nothing to say nice.. Pool is too dirty so nobody can enjoy swim..near by hotel is nothing..we cant swin on the beach because it is too ditry..i cant say it is ... อ่านต่อ

Beautiful, secluded and relaxing Thai resort but disappointing food

Friendly and helpful hotel staffs
