worst service staff
Terrible from the moment I arrived. No aircon in foyer, No nice welcome, just sorry room not ready it will be an hour, what this is at 4pm, unbelievable. Waited in aircon thai restaurant, free cocktail but no alcohol in it! Room very nice. Cannot swim in ocean, too shallow and too much rock and corral. The pool looked good but water was so hot, like soup! Bar staff at pool bar were very bad, so rude, except for the young guy. The cocktail was v.poor and French fries plonked down with a bottle of tomato sauce, no presentation.Main restaurant had no aircon, the Thai restaurant service and food v. poor. Not one smile from any staff at all. Checking out met a woman whom said she thought it was the worst place ever, she was almost in tears, she had to stay 6 more nights. The manager of the hotel needs to be replaced and most of the staff, planks,no one speaks English. The owner of the hotel clearly has no idea! If the room was 500 baht a night I wouldn't go back!! Believe me, don't go.!!
