Nice, relaxing place

nice hotel though quite secluded peaceful but very very far from the main beach and action area of chaweng, 45 min 1000 thb each way by taxi. staff is very friendly and accomodating though service at times seems disorganized and under staffed especially at breakfast, bar, and cleaning staff. drinks sometime arrived 15 min after food and room didnt get cleaned until 5-6pm. free internet sounds good but in reality it is disasterously slow and in all areas of hotel quite unstable, a 56k connection would be faster than this, so very difficult for people who may need to do work online during holidays. staff generally has good english which was quite an issue in most other places we stayed at or dined on the island. free shuttle service ok but not very useful as last return only at 4pm. overall good but not quite fantastic.

Pool is too much dirty
This hotel is rated 5 star, but this is nothing to say nice.. Pool is too dirty so nobody can enjoy swim..near by hotel is nothing..we cant swin on the beach because it is too ditry..i cant say it is ... อ่านต่อ
