Great attitude, Bad English. Away from the city

- 2 Stars Language Ability, but 5 Stars attitude & willingness to help. - 2 Stars safety for elderly & children, but 5 stars environments. - The activities are nice, mostly. - Broken wifi
Many of the stuff have difficult understanding English properly, which causes us serious issues at first. ie: -my parents are about 65 years old. I asked specifically whether there are stairs/a lot of climbs that needs to be done during the waterfall trip, they said no. We found out that it's more like a 2 hours rock climbing trip. Dad cuts himself and bleed & Mom is too tired to call it a day at 2:00pm the first day. She needs to walk slowly since then. - when the waiter said a dish can be made non-spicy. We still got a spicy food. - When the staff says we can come back anytime for fishing/kayaking; we later were told that we need to book one day in advanced & everything is booked.
I think everyone, really, everyone in this hotel has the best attitude and willingness to help. They apologize for everything and assign someone fluent in English with help us for the rest of our stay. She is really nice and helpful. She helps with all the requests, scheduling and want to make you happy.
HOTEL ENVIRONMENT: the hotel & the pool are really beautiful. However, I won't recommend it if you have elderly, people with bad ankles since there are just stairs everywhere. When playing squash in the evening, the stairs to the court have no light, which is quite dangerous.
Overall, the activities are nice, the staffs are all amazingly nice, the environment is just great. Just remember to double triple check with them when asking questions. Keep in mind that not all staff can understand English properly. I'll say it's a great hotel that always try hard to make things right and make you happy.
