Incredible.

This hotel is beyond beautiful! Im travelling thailand with a friend for the second time and this is one of the nicest hotels i have stayed in by far! On arrival their was a member of staff waiting for us, we checked in and he carried our bags to our room! The room was clean and tidy, good facilities, room service if needed. One night there was a massive storm and as we returned to our room it had flooded. Within 10 minutes 2 members of staff helped us pack our belongings and we were upgraded to a bigger room. The staff were so friendly and welcoming! Spoke really good english and always had smiles on their faces. Cant thank the hotel staff enough especially our waiter "Love" who was amazing! Thanks again samui mermaid. We will be back!
