Scenic and calm
Very nice resort with great hospitality, clean and spacious rooms, a lot of peace and calm all around the entire facility. Staff is very courteous and extremely helpful. Inhouse food and drinks are nice too although slightly expensive than expected. Free water at hotel tastes a lil funny, better to buy your own water for drinking.
I'd recommend this resort to couples, family and travellers who're looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay away from the noise (light n sound). View at night is awesome with only natural moonlight at resort and very less artificial lights, can enjoy the view of hill/cliff beside the pool with all the stars and natural nocturnal sounds at the background, nature at its best.
The only turn off is the connectivity to Aonang beach area/market. Although it's nearby (within 1km radius) but difficult to get out late from resort (after 9pm) as there's hardly any local conveyance/tuk tuk available right outside the resort. You may need to shell out extra $ if you need to go out late, or need a rented vehicle to travel. Free shuttle service from resort till market area is available every hour up to 9pm. Lot of currency exchange, massage parlours, restaurants, tour/travel, grocery and business shops for any needs available in the nearby market.
We travelled during Jul and the weather's pretty dry, thankfully the aircons were in good working condition and no lizards or mosquitoes around the room :-)
