Amazing resort with great staff!
The stay here was excellent! The resort is small and therefore not many occupants at any point of time, which makes it pretty private.
I booked the Majestic Suite Poolside Villa Room, and the villa is amazing. Ample space, great interior decor and a really nice toilet. It was better than what I've expected. Pictures don't do this resort justice!
Staff performance was excellent. The lady at the counter showed us to our room and explained the different facilities and amenities. She was also a great help by recommending where to eat and stuff like that. This trip also coincides with both my girlfriend and my birthday (on the same day) and the resort took the effort and did a simple card and some pancakes and brought it to our room on the morning, which was something unexpected but a very pleasant surprise. There is another lady whom I think is part of the kitchen/general service staff member whom actually took sometime and chat with us by the pool, telling us more about Krabi itself and what/where to visit.
However the downside is that the resort is pretty far away from the main road but they do have shuttle service in and out of the resort so I guess its fine. Its better to rent your own car though.
Overall, both my girlfriend and I are very impressed and pleased with this resort and the staff members just made our stay even more pleasant. I will definitely stay at this resort again on my next trip to Krabi.
