Excellent, Zen like atmosphere that promotes peace and tranquility on the beautiful Island of Phuket, Thailand on accessible Kamila Beach. Staff were extremely hospitable & eager to serve at every moment. I loved the well kept personal suite pool and the burning incense to make the suite smell great. The restaurant food was top notch & the golf cart rides to and from the suites were a nice bonus. The only constructive comment I could give is to educate the concierge staff to be a bit more knowledgeable on their brochure excursions and activities. 3 different people had no idea or opinion on which elephant company to book out of three different ones or which package to choose as none of them knew anything about any of them other than reading the brochure. The one we choose was great and only 5 minutes away from the hotel; Baanchanghai Elephant Lovers, Package Lovers 4: feed, ride and bath elephants in the ocean. I highly recommend this hotel and this elephant experience.
