Unfriendly and impolite reception staff. Far from Aonang

The location is disappointing as its far from Aonang beach, which is attraction and most visited place in Krabi. Its desolated property and seems like stranded away in jungle. Its very lonely and there is no nearby amenity shops or stores.
About the lady at the reception, she is really impolite and straight face to be sitting at reception. The staff tried to charge for mini bar when I hadn't used any drinks and later, it was found that the cleaning staff missed to note that the bottle of beer was in fridge itself. Pathetic and not recommended for anyone visiting Krabi.

very spacious we loving it as we booked it with private pools. only that its far deep down the road. will try to make a come back again. thank you alisea pool villa.

Private area & great customer service
Was a really good quiet location and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Would recommend renting a motorbike to get around.
