Nice off the beaten track place

The villa is great - no complaints about the beautiful pool or the rooms within the villa. Staff is lovely and friendly and the cost for us was super good because we booked on Agoda and used discounts and Agoda cash during shoulder season. We didn’t enjoy being so far away from ALL services (a 20 minute ride) with a limited room service menu and shuttle service at long intervals. The last shuttle goes to (and returns from) from town at 6 and if you want to return to the villas, you need to arrange for transport on your own (expensive) or PAY the hotel shuttle for a ride (300 baht per ride). While fairly inexpensive, the schedule seems to have been created to require you to pay additionally for a ride back. And unless you want to spend 3 hours at a time in town, you need to pay for a private ride to or from the villas. During our stay, we broke a drinking glass in the room, which we were charged for (we have never had this happen in a hotel ever). Better for a family here perhaps.

Pleasant experience

Absolutely awesome !

Far away
The hotel is far away from everywhere it is expensive to get around and is in a complete dump of an area surrounded by a shanty town. Staff were pleasant however. We checked out early.
