Inconsistent servuce

Not much info was given when i booked... only when i extended booking via agoda that i get more info about free bbq promo n transport options. Thus..my first night of arrival i had to figure out how to get to hostel from airport :( Aircon is not available during the day n room can be quite warm. Bed was good with curtain ...but between beds there is no curtain...thus no privacy with the one person that share same side of bed. Storage space for bag was big though.. Overall... pleasant stay...there's room for improvement ;) hope to see improvement in future! Cheers!

really nice hostel!

The staff was quite rude
The plug close to my bedroom wasn't working and the staff didn't help me at all, she just told me that she was annoyed by my request.
