Not worth the money!
1. Check in counter is only open from 9am - 9pm. On sundays, the counter for scooter rental is closed. So no idea, what you were supposed to do when you arrive on Sunday.
2. Bitten so bad wit so many mosquitoes. They do not have a coil to even provide when asked.
3. At check in, they expect you to have 20,000 Thai Bhat in cash. No credit card is accepted as security deposit. So instead they hold on to your passport. So freaking scary! But thank god, I managed to retrieve it back the day before my flight as I was catching a very early flight out of Phuket. I mean, after a whole lot of explaining that is.
4. Jacuzzi and Pool were actually dirty when we wanted to use it. Had to wait for an hour for technician to come. We didn't have the luxury of time to wait so we left for lunch instead. How disappointing!
5. Housekeeping is not thorough. Insects we killed over the night in the hall/pool area were left unswept.
Lastly, highly disappointing for the money you spend.
