Clean, big room with balcony, Quiet, relax, nice pool area, ordinary breakfast.
Staff have no uniform which make it look unprofessional. Most of coffee in the morning just instant coffee no selection for another type of coffee, in one morning of our staying period, staff (cook) had arrived late in the morning and we select Lanna breakfast style which need that person to cook but we can’t wait till she arrive. So, we change to be American breakfast instead, They don’t have buffe breakfast but they let you select one night in advance which type of breakfast you want to eat in the next day which available in 3 kinds of breakfast American breakfast, Lanna breakfast and porridge rice with some side dishes. They allow you to smoke on the balcony which is a problem for us because we are non-smoker and the smell of smoke still can come inside our room (especially night time) even though it’s not strong smell but it’s bother some. Overall just an average hotel.
