Not recommended

Hotel is at a very nice and quiet location and room is very well equipped. I came here before during my previous visit to Koh Chang and was very impressed by the environment so I booked two nights this time. The place seems not very well maintained. Pool water was not clear. Breakfast had limited choices and bread was old and hard. Not sure about the service either. What made me really upset is the hotel would leak my information to some vendor! The matter was caused by misunderstanding and was settled soon but I couldn’t get the hotel’s logic behind this. Isn’t the hotel supposed to protest their guest personal information?

Relaxing and beautiful
