Almost perfect

Upon arrival there were some issues with my Agoda reservation, but they were eventually ironed out by the front office manager as the receptionist was incapable of making a decision.

The apartment was comfortable and really had everything I needed and more. Very good TV coverage, quiet and a comfortable bed. There is no turn down service,which was a bit disappointing but maybe it is the nature of being an apartment.

The breakfast was very good for such a small buffet, and the staff were excellent.

Location was not great - too far to walk to either the MRT or BTS so needed to take a taxi and after 5 pm forget taking a taxi, as the traffic is solidly packed.

Charging to wifi is ridiculous in a 5 star property. The excuse was that it was a Marriott and therefore it was policy - maybe in a courtyard but this was not that type of hotel.

great hotel to stay
It is a new hotel so everything are new and clean. It is a bargain for this price to stay at this 5-star hotel. We stay here for 3 nights and we like it very much! It is a short distance to Silom area... อ่านต่อ

what's more to say? it's a comfortable suite with all home-like set up, nice living, dining , bar area and seperated bedroom is must to have for me, and there it has it all!

This hotel definitely worth my money. They provided you with great facilities for your convenience. If you're looking for an extra large room with great view. I recommend you to stay here.
