Staff are friendly

check in was relatively fast, the staff were very friendly. for some reason they do not walk you to your room, which is strange for a hotel like this, but i prefer that as i have stayed there before.
the room was noisy with a lot of tuk tuk noise coming and i was on the 21st floor - no double pain glass!
gym was fine, but someone stupidly mounted the tv about 1 meter away from the wall and i raised my head up and hit it - i would think someone in management would have seen that one!
breakfast is fine but they need yogurt with no sugar, soy milk and more cereal and healthy choices.
i ordered room service a couple of times and the food arrived cold and was fairly pedestrian, nothing special.
