Excellence at a great price
We contacted the hotel directly in advance for a birthday weekend away. The staff organised a birthday cake at reception, and it was very nicely done, and a surprise. The room was large, there were two pools, a bar, and several places to eat. If we did not want to explore Phuket we could have stayed entirely at the hotel. Many things were complimentary which is a pleasant surprise in this area.
The hotel was located over the street from the beach. Cross the road and you are there. It is in the quiet side of town, but within easy walking distance from stalls, food outlets, coffee shops, Tuk-tuks. In fact the location could not have been better. Quiet at night, modern room, large shower, great air-con, good fridge, our own small balcony over looking the beach and island, watching the sunset.
The staff were awesome, and could not do enough for you. Always pleasant, rush to carry your bags, always getting whatever you needed. This was a 6 star service place in a 4 star hotel.
