Very bad service!!

The hotel staff is not good. The service is really bad. There are better hotels in the same vicinity which is at lower price. The deposit is not mentioned in the booking. And they delay the check in due to the deposit. I did not pay deposit so at the check out they mentioned the laundry bag is missing. Pretty bad customer service and pathetic hospitality. I've stayed in thailand & nowhere I've witnessed such ridiculous service. Rooms are small compared to the price. Breakfast has limited options. Will not recommend! !

Amazing staff, great location and value for money
