Awsome resort but some fields for improvement

Location and park where the resort is located are wonderful, and the view from the pool is breathtaking. The island is even though it's not yet very touristic easily tho reach from Phuket via speedboat. The stay was over all wonderful. Only negativ remarks: restaurant should rethink how to keep the dishes from the buffet hot, as they all where to cold when served for dinner and the restaurant staff could be more attentive and angaged as sometimes it takes quiet a long time to get the attention to make an order. The other point is that we needed three appintments at the reception just to extend our stay for one night and the room charges where incorrect after all too. Even though these are some nagativ remarks we'd still highly recommand the village (not only because of the cats which inhabit the resort)
