Had the best experience! Would highly recommend

I was overall very impressed. It reminded me of the quiet resorts in the area I used to go to as a child that have now been trashed and overflowing with tourists. Pools were beautiful, the beaches were amazing, calm & relaxing. The staff was kind, friendly and attentive. This was the thai experience I was looking forward to showing my boyfriend (who had never been to asia before, let alone my home country!) and this resort did not disappoint. Negatives - we ordered a drink at the bar, we paid them which turned out to not be enough with tax + service. That was our first purchase at the resort so we didnt know these fees applied. I heard the servers saying something in Thai semi mocking my bf for not paying enough which is unacceptable. I wish they would have handled this situation in a more professional manner - it was the only hiccup servicewise. The other negative was that all the cups in the room were dirty with lipstick etc.
WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK!!

Wonderful location but...
Wonderful location but some staff are not well trained to have service mind & proper sercice. Too many fly at the restaurant, they shoud do something about that.

Surprisingly down kept

This is a quiet but great spot. Been here at least 5 times with family and friends when visiting. Amazing infinity pool. Only issue is the hotel food all starts tasting the same after day 2 so explore... อ่านต่อ
