Great location

A new De chai hotel in great location. Having stayed at De chat Colonial a few times previously was keen to stay in this hotel just one soi away. I found the deco context of this hotel really jarring in thai Lanna location and context. Facade of hotel so uninviting and heat attaching in hot climate. Rooms looked good but finishes lacking. Found vinyl covered chairs and cushions so wrong in hot environment for comfort or design. Stayed 3 nights... water pump on my floor failed day 2 so temporarily moved to another room which then had no hot water but no refund offered for these inconviences. Only compensation offered was taxi ride to airport. Staff were friendly and breakfast good but overall very disappointed in this hotel.

Beautiful resort
We had a fabulous time here. The beach was surprisingly quiet, and gorgeous. Kids had fun on the SUP boards one day. The pools were also very fun. We really enjoyed the family suite. Very friendl... อ่านต่อ

Oh my Chiang Mai..
