An excellent hotel with amiable and helpful staff members!

I stayed at this hotel from Feb. 14-18, 2018.

During my stay in Chiangmai, my family and I failed to join a one-day tour because of the negligence of our travel agent. However, the staff members of the hotel provided us with great help and the problem was solved smoothly.

Special thanks to one of the staff members whose name is Nan. Thanks for her warm help and considerateness that left us with nice memories of Chiangmai.

In fact, all the staff members have been amiable and helpful. And the location is also excellent, just a few minutes walk to Thae Phae Gate.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to families and friends.
此次是第三次前往清迈，在Agoda选择了这家酒店。酒店地理位置极好，走出巷子对面就是Herb Basics，右转走几分钟是清迈第一平价商场，左转几分钟就是塔佩门，路口就是711，周边吃饭交通都十分方便。

住宿期间因为景点失误有一天一日游未能成行，在酒店前台工作人员的热情帮助下妥善解决了问题，要十分感谢这位名叫Nan的女士。其实酒店所有工作人员都十分热情，也很积极地向住客给予帮助，让我再次感受到了清迈人的朴实善良。下次去还会选择入住这家酒店。
