Surprise charges, watch out!

My family is visiting from Houston, Texas and we are impressed by the quality of this hotel. That said, we would have made a different choice of hotel had we known they charge for an extra person (mother-in-law) that we didn’t originally know was coming when we made the reservation. Our extra guest doesn’t need any additional facilities like a rollaway bed and turned down breakfast, but we are getting charged for her anyway. You’ll enjoy your stay here as the facilities are great, but expect some surprise charges if your reservation is anything but standard.

Great Breakfast, Poor WiFi
-WiFi is touch and go on the 4th floor, great on the 3rd floor downwards. They have only one router we were told. -The room appeared a lot more spacious on the web page. - The rooms do not have pool... อ่านต่อ

Close to Sunday Market !
Nice modern chic decoration. Breakfast was decent given its size. Close to Tha Pe Gate (where the Sunday market starts) which is a plus for those who visits over the weekend.

Chinese invasion. Feeld like in a chicken/pig market!
Water pressure was horrible Staff not dynamic and very bad English Breakfast under level. Dry bread The koffie was the best solution

VERY NICE
Hotel is very exquisite. Although there wew some minor incidents, service is excellent . I was deeply impressed by a white baggage porter. It was kind of him.

Loved this hotel so much, perfect location walking distance to everything but nice and quite at night, beautiful rooms, kind staff and nice cute pool area. Would defiantly stay here again
