Smiling staff no service

We arrived to a reception saying they did not have our booking,and there were no Superior Double seaside rooms .
After explaining I was confirmed and had paid for such and expected them to provide a room at least they came up with a fair sized room.2 bottles of water in the fridge.
Thats all we got. The room wasnt cleaned since or serviced ie towels TP or soap.
For the price its a 500 baht per night hotel not worth more .
I come to Koh Chang 2 times a year Will not be staying at the Alina Grand.

Good Location

Average, very noisy, dirty swimming pool

Great pool and big rooms

Over priced and pasted its best
