Didn't let us in because one of us arrived before the other

The booking was in my name, and I had already exchanged emails with them keeping my partner in copy. My partner arrived in the hotel earlier than me and showed the copy of the booking but was not allowed and was made to wait outside. As he was tired after waiting for 2 hours, he booked another hotel and hence we didn't stay in this hotel when I arrived.

Excellent Value for Money
We stayed here for 2 nights and loved the accommodation. Staff was friendly and very helpful, pool was clean, room was clean. The property is what it is as described. I will defiantly stay here again.... อ่านต่อ
